What Circuit Does Purple Wire of 7-Way Usually Carry

WHAT IS THE PURPLE WIRE FOR ?

On the 7-way wiring plug and lead part # H20046 there isn't a purple wire. Normally a purple wire for a 7-way is for a reverse light circuit. Which would correspond to the yellow wire of this adapter.
