Question:
I measured my axles and they are actually 3" but the camper specs say they are 3500 lb which makes sense since the GVWR is around 6,700 lb. So would the 2460 work?

If you want to replace your equalizer with an integrated suspension enhancement, you will need to update other components within your system for the correct fit. This will most likely require repositioning your axle hangers if you wish to use that style system. The better option for your suspension enhancement is to add shocks to your axles instead of using a cushioned equalizer. This is a much better way to assist with your suspension and will function with your current setup.
I recommend the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2450 which includes the brackets and the nitrogen-charged shocks. For a more economical option you can use the Lippert Bolt-On Shock Kit # LC281255 for each of your axles.

Do you recommend the RM-2450 3500 lb axle over the RM2460 5200-7000 lb axles ? The RM2460 is actually cheaper and I assume more heavy duty, but I don’t know if they would be better or not for my application. THX
