How Far Do the Brophy Truck Bed Camper Tie-Downs Stick Out from the Truck?

Question:

Can you please tell me the width of the tie down from the outside bed rail edge to the point that will stick out the furthest from the truck? I had to return item HSAB due to the angle of the tie down sticking out over 6inch from the exterior of the truck. I was unable to back underneath the camper without the tie downs running into the camper jacks.

The Brophy Clamp On Camper Tie-Downs - Bed Mount - Black Powder Coated Steel - Qty 4 # HSSF will stick out from the bed rail differently for every truck model. The best way for you to know exactly how they will fit on your 2012 Ford Super Duty is to look at the overall measurements. I went out to the warehouse to measure the bracket and from the inside to inside at the widest point it is 10-3/4 inches.
