For a lightweight plastic option we have DeeZee's 6-cubic-foot Specialty Series tool box # DZ91717P which measures 36 x 19-1/2 x 18-inches tall. Mounting hardware is included. Plastic boxes spare you worries about rust and they tend to make less noise too. This box adds only about 22-lbs to your trailer.
You can add lock kit # ML1KA to secure the included lock hasp and if you'd like some convenient inside light for the box you can install the battery-powered LED Light Strip # A90392 which has a convenient motion-activated switch.
If you prefer a steel box then consider the RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue tool box # 313-TM362016M. This box offers 5.2-cubic-foot capacity and measures 36 x 16 x 20-1/2-inches tall. This box weighs 68-lbs and does not include mounting hardware but it does include a flush-mounted paddle handle with lock and keys.
