Hitch Extender Recommendation for Use with Tow Bar and AutoStop Braking System
Updated 10/29/2018 | Published 10/28/2018 >
Question:
I have a BX8893 AutoStop tow bar braking system and my receiver is recessed so my turning radius is quite limited when towing. I see several extenders like RM-071 with a range of prices which one would be suitable for my setup?

The Roadmaster hitch extender part # RM-071 is designed for flat towing applications and would work well for you to get an additional 11 inches from your tow bar setup so that you can make tighter turns. Let me know if you need something different though and with more info I can see what your best option would be.
