The replacement hardware you were looking at, part # 40-088PK, is for the Westin Sportsman grille guard that fits your 2006 Ford Ranger. The complete grille guard is part # 40-0885.
If that's the grille guard you have then the hardware you looked at is correct. If you have a different grille guard let me know what model you have and I'll see if we have the hardware for your truck.
