The trailer hitch pin hole diameter on your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500/3500 could be either a 5/8" or 3/4". The OEM makes the 3" trailer hitch receiver and not all of them use the same diameter trailer hitch pin hole but it is normally a 5/8 inch pin.
Therefore, in order to determine which size you need the best method would be to just go measure for yourself. If you don't have access to the truck then you can order the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Lock part # 63260 as it has a sleeve which makes it compatible with both 5/8" and 3/4" diameter trailer hitch pin holes. If it is indeed 5/8" then you can use the InfiniteRule Security Trailer Hitch Lock part # 34065034-D.
I have attached a review video for you.
