For your 2018 Toyota C-HR, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4" # C11490 along with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118756 and the ball mount # C45521. I like the clean look of this hitch.

The recommended parts above will give you a towing system when you add a hitch ball like # A-80 for 1-7/8 inch diameter or # A-82 for a 2 inch diameter along with a pin and clip # F-4.

Toyota does not rate this vehicle for towing but does rate the payload capacity at 1,030 lbs which will include your trailer tongue weight.
