Is There a Reverse Wire on 6-Way Connector

Question:

I have a purple wire with a black stripe on a 01 Ram 3500 that is hot when the transmission is in reverse. Where does this wire connect on a 6 pin trailer plug?

As you can see by the accompanying diagram I added, a 6-way such as the Pollak # PK11609 does not have a function for reverse lights; that function is on a 7-way so you would not connect the wire you referenced to your trailer connector.

A 6-way has the following functions: 1) Tail/Running Lights 2) Left Turn/Stop 3) Right Turn/Stop 4) Brake Controller Output 5) 12V Power 6) Ground.
