Troubleshooting Two Lines on Display of Curt TriFlex Brake Controller

Question:
I have the Kurt TriFlex and I just have two lines going across I’ve tried to unplug from my trailer to my truck I have a Chevy 1500 Silverado it’s a 2018 I am pulling a 2018 fun finder travel trailer 25 footer and I’m noticing that no matter what I do even when I shut the truck off I still have the lights on the little box

Expert Reply:
Try unplugging the Curt Triflex part # C24VV for a few seconds and plugging it back in to reset it. If the problem persists the controller most likely has an internal problem and would need to be replaced. On occasion we've seen this issue be a weak power or ground wire connection too so you might check that as well.
