LOOKING FOR A VENT COVER THAT WILL FIT LF8000T IS FVK1020-19 THE CORRECT COVER 2004 EVEREST I BELIEVE MODEL NUMBER IS M31 M13

From what I could find it looks like your LF8000T is a Fan-Tastic Vent model 8000. If this is the case then yes, the Replacement Dome # FVK1020-19 is the correct cover for your application.

I have attached a review video of this lid that you can reference.

If you don't have the model 8000 or you are unsure just send me a picture of the top and bottom of the vent and I can help you determine the correct replacement.
