I have a 2004 jeep wrangler. stock front bumper. does the tow hitch pt # 31408 attach to the top or below the stock bumper ? Thank you

The CURT Front Hitch, # 31408, attaches to the top of the front bumper on your 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I have included a link to installation instructions and a photo of a similar hitch in the same mounting location for you.
The front mount hitch makes a great attachment point for a winch mounting plate or tow hook loop, see links.
