Question:
My actuator on the trailer is a 2 5/16inch ball size .Can I get that actautor instead of a 2inch ball size? and what extra will it cost? When I bought the trailer the tongue was bent and they had to replace it, when they did they noticed it had a bigger actuator on it from the factory.

If you are looking for just a surge coupler that is designed to work on 2-5/16 inch balls you could use a Titan Zinc-Plated, Adjustable-Channel Brake Actuator # T4747200. This will work with disk brakes, has a capacity of 14,000 lbs and will work on 2-5/16 inch balls.
However, we do not have a disk brake kit with a surge coupler kit that is designed for 2-5/16 inch balls. If you need hydraulic lines you would want a Deluxe Hydraulic Line Kit # 9579-2. If you also need hubs/rotors I would need to know some more information for you to pick out the right ones for your spindles.
In order to determine which spindles you have on your trailer you will need take your current hubs off and either give me the numbers that are stamped on the bearings or take some exact measurements of the spindle with a dial caliper. The most important measurements will be the steps of the spindle that the bearings ride on.
Check out the picture I attached that has a chart that shows all of the different parts to consider when upgrading to hydraulic brakes on a trailer.
