Door hinge on my 15 year old horse trailers tack room door is broken. Havent been able to find a replacement online nor locally. HELP!!!

We have many types of horse trailer door hinges that you can see on the linked page. I do recommend taking a look at the Polar Flush Hinge # PLR104SS. The photo of this item that I linked includes overall dimensions as well as the center to center mounting hole spacing.
