Yes, the MaxxAir II RV and Enclosed Trailer Roof Vent Cover # MA86JR will fit the MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent # MA00-04500K.
The reason that the vent cover is so much larger is that it is more of a universal style. If you would like a more custom fit then you need the MaxxAir FanMate Rain Cover # MA00-955002.
