Replacement Cap for Swivel Jack with 1.725 Inch Inner Diameter

Question:

I have a boat trailer with a swivel jack on the front . I have lost the cap and would like to replace it . I can not locate a model # or load rating for the jack . The tube size is 1.725 inner and with a outer of 1.78 . I looked at item number mj-1000b-c , but it state it has a square cut out on the side to fit the cut out on the jack tube . My jack tube does not have that cut out .

If the inner tube on your swivel jack measures 1.725", the Replacement Cap part # PS500322 would be your best option for replacement without knowing the exact model of jack you have. The replacement caps we offer are all specific to certain jacks so please be aware that finding an exact fit may be difficult. However, the sleeve of this cap measures 1-3/4" and since there is a bit of room for error I do believe it will work but I cannot confirm 100% as we have no way of testing prior.

You are correct in that the Replacement Cap part # MJ-1000B-CP has a notch on the side as well as a set screw to hold it in place so I don't think it will be the best option for you.
