Does Light on Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Stay On All The Time?

The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 will have a single blue light that stays on even when the trailer is not connected. You will have two blue dots if the boost is on, but only one if the boost is no on. I've attached a video that walks you all the display features and functions. After about 15 minutes the controller will go into sleep mode and no lights will be seen even though power is still going to the unit to keep your settings.
