Question:
I have a 3inch inside to inside channel on my trailer currently. Is the bolting surface on this ring 3inch wide as shown on other Titan products

The Titan Lunette Ring part # T1613700 that you referenced will fit your 3" wide channel as the width of the mounting location is around 2-7/8" as you can see in the attached photo.
