I recently purchased the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector Item # C56268 Although it is not listed on the site, this item is a perfect fit for the 2018 NX 300 models. Install was very quick and simple.

Actually we do list the Curt trailer wiring part # C56268 as a confirmed fit for the 2018 Lexus NX 300 now. You may have bought this before the fit was updated but currently we have this as a fit for the 2018 model.
