Helpful Expert Reply:
Check the rear of your 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe and see if there is already a 4-Way installed at the rear or if it is possibly sitting on the inside of your hatch area possibly under one of the panels. If you cannot find the 4-Way then you don't already have one installed.
If you don't already have a 4-Way then odds are that you don't have the tow package and you would need the T-One # 118415. The T-One # 118258 is for if your Santa Fe came with the tow package and you are replacing your current 4-Way.
I have attached installation videos for both wiring harnesses for you to check out.
