I have 2011 F150 FX4. . .sounds like factory TBC needs ECU flash. . .does this unit need that or any other service done or once installed its just go time?? thx

You would not need to have the computer of your 2011 Ford F-150 reflashed to install an aftermarket brake controller like the Tekonsha Primus IQ part # TK90160. You'd just need to use the install harness part # 22292 to simply plug it in under your dash and you'd be set.
