We do have a few different options for you!
If you are wanting an exact replacement then it looks like you currently have the Command LED Courtesy Light # 328-002-04W.
For a few different styles we have the Optronics # ILL85CB and # ILL86CB which are both designs that shine down. Dimensions and pictures of each can be found on their product pages, but I have also attached some review videos for you to check out.
