I am wondering what the specified torque for tightening these bolts are as it doesnt say on the installation guide.

In the attached installation instructions for the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75784 you can find the torque specs directly under step 4. Sometimes the manufacturers will slightly change some hardware to accommodate a wider range of vehicle so we always recommend checking with the current instructions (found on the link) just in case the torque setting has changed.
