It looks like your Calkins boat trailer is equipped with a 3,500 pound axle. If this is the case, it is extremely likely that your hubs use the # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing. Although this is most likely the case, the only way to verify this will be to simply pull one of your existing hubs and check for the numbers that should be printed inside the bearings themselves. You will also want to note the bolt pattern on your current hubs. I have attached a great article that explains exactly how to measure this if you are unsure.
The most popular bolt pattern for your 3,500 pound axle will be 5 on 4-1/2 inches. For a complete hub and drum assembly with the above bearings and this bolt pattern, I recommend the etrailer.com # AKHD-545-35-K. The bearings, races, and seal are included.
Then for replacement tires and wheels, the ST205/75R14 size is the modern equivalent to the F78-14C tires you have on the trailer. I recommend taking a look at the Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" Wheel # AM32156. This tire and wheel combo features a maximum load of 1,925 pounds at 60 psi and an excellent speed rating of 81 mph. The galvanized wheel will resist corrosion and its 5 on 4-/2 inch bolt pattern is compatible with the above-mentioned hub assembly.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this tire and wheel combo that you can also check out.
