The working load limit (WLL) of the winch strap is the determining factor.
The weight of your Sea Ray cannot exceed the WLL of the strap. A 4,000 lb, 2" x 20' strap such as the BoatBuckle # IMF05848 has a WLL of 1,333 lbs.
The BoatBuckle # IMF14211 is 2" x 25' and has a WLL of 2,667 lbs.
