To find out if the Yakima Replacement Adapter Sleeve # Y8890342 is the correct part for your hitch bike rack you'll first want to try to confirm that the rack is either one of the HighLite or DoubleDown Ace racks. The hole in the rack's shank needs to have an 8mm metric thread.

My tech contact at Yakima thinks you've got the right item but if you have any doubts you can send me photos of the entire rack and of the shank and I can check with Yakima. But if you measure an 8mm hole in the shank part # Y8890342 will do the trick.

Yakima does not serialize its racks so there will not be a serial number on the rack.
