Features to know about

Stronger Light-Duty Towing: Solid Class I Hitch with 2,000 lbs GTW and 200 lbs TW

This Class I, 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver is built for small trailers, cargo carriers, and bike racks. It’s fully welded, square-tube steel with robotic precision for consistent strength. Rated at 2,000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 200 lbs maximum tongue weight, it’s perfect for light towing and everyday hauling without pushing your vehicle’s limits.

Clean Fit and Easy Bolt-On Install: No Welding or Trimming Required

The custom-fit design lines up with existing holes for a smooth install that doesn’t require cutting or welding. All mounting hardware and instructions come in the box so you can bolt it up using standard tools. The fitment keeps the receiver positioned neatly under the bumper for a clean, integrated look once installed.

Built to Last: Powder Coat over Protective Base for Corrosion Resistance

The gloss black powder coat finish sits on top of a protective base layer that shields the hitch from rust and road grime. The tough coating holds up to weather and keeps the cross tube looking sharp over time. It’s a sturdy, low-maintenance solution that stays solid through years of towing and outdoor use.

  • Do You Have a Hitch for a 2009 Cadillac CTS4 Sedan?
They sure will Philip! For your 2009 Cadillac CTS4 sedan, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C11307. This custom fit class I hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver. It comes with all hardware necessary to complete the installation. The Curt item # C11307 is the highest capacity hitch available for your CTS4. It has a 2,000 lbs towing capacity and a maximum tongue weight of 200 lbs. I recommend verifying what your model Caddy's actual capacities are and going off of those numbers. I've linked...

  • Availability Of Trailer Hitch For 2012 Cadillac CTS4 Coupe
Hello Michael, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say there is no hitch made for the 2012 Cadillac CTS4 Coupe. The only hitch made for the 2012 CTS is the Curt # C11307 but this is only for sedan models and will not fit the coupe. None of our manufacturers (Curt, Draw-Tite, EcoHitch, Stealth Hitch ect...) make anything for this vehicle. So unless you can find a really good welder to fabricate a hitch for you, you will need to choose a different vehicle for hauling your motorcycle.

  • Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2010 Cadillac CTS
The location and visibility of a trailer hitch on your 2010 Cadillac CTS will be almost identical between Curt, # C11307 and Draw-Tite, # 24767. Each of these trailer hitches use the same mounting location and have practically the same dimensions. For an exact measurement, the end of the receiver from the Curt hitch will actually sit 1/8 of an inch closer to the rear edge of the bumper. As far as aesthetics are concerned, I agree that the Curt hitch has a more pleasing design. We have...

  • Can a Cadillac CTS-V Tow a Trailer
I do have an option for you depending on what year your Cadillac CTS-V is but they do not offer a trailer hitch with a 2" receiver tube for this vehicle. As you mentioned, power is not an issue on the V model but other factors such as frame strength come into play when trailer manufacturers decide if they will offer a trailer hitch with a 2" receiver tube for the vehicle. Now, with that being said a 2" receiver tube is not required to tow a trailer but you will need to abide by the towing...

  • Is There a Trailer Hitch that Fits 2010 Cadillac CTS-V

  • Trailer Hitch Options for the 2006 Cadillac SRX, CTS, DTS, STS, Escalade and Escalade EXT
If you have a 2006 Cadillac SRX then you can use Curt hitch # C13050 or Draw-Tite hitch # 75174. If you have a 2006 Cadillac CTS or STS you can use Draw-Tite # 24767 or Curt # C11307 which are both Class I, 1-1/4 inch hitches. If you have a 2006 Cadillac DTS you can use # 36287 or # C12058 which are both Class II, 1-1/4 inch hitches. If you have a 2006 Cadillac Escalade or Escalade EXT you can use Class III hitch # C13422 or Class V hitch # C15324. If you have a 2006 Cadillac XLR there...

  • Comparing The Available Trailer Hitches For A 2008 Cadillac CTS
All of the hitches available for the 2008 Cadillac CTS have the same characteristics in terms of towing and tongue weight capacity. Each hitch has a 2000 pound towing capacity and 200 pound tongue weight capacity. Where they differ is the towing components included with the hitch. The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 24767, which is the lower priced hitch, does not include a drawbar, pin or clip. The Curt Hitch, part # 11307, which is the highest priced hitch for your vehicle includes a...

  • How to Determine Towing Capacity for a 2005 Cadillac STS
The final authority will be the owner's manual of your 2005 Cadillac STS, but from the research I did it looks like the max towing weight for your vehicle would be 1,000 lbs. The Curt hitch part # C11307 has a 2,000 lb capacity, but a towing setup is only as strong as the weakest component so you would be limited to 1,000 lbs regardless of what hitch you use. For trailer wiring you would want the part # C59496, ball mount part # C45522, pin and clip part # F-4, 1-7/8 ball part # C40001,...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch and Bike Rack for 2011 Cadillac CTS
The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2011 Cadillac CTS is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11196 for coupe or part # C11307 for sedan models. These will both work great with a hitch mounted bike rack. The bike rack however will need to have a 1-1/4" shank and be class I rated. I recommend the Thule Roadway 4 Bike Rack part # TH934XTR for this. It has anti sway cradles and an anti-rattle hitch pin for added security. Even though it is a 4-bike rack, you will only be able to carry TWO...

  • Correct Ball Mount for Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver 11307 on 2010 Cadillac CTS Sedan
For a Class I hitch that fits your 2010 Cadillac CTS such as the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11307, the hitch manufacturer specifies the exact ball mount that you will need to use with the hitch. For this hitch, the one that Curt specifies will be plenty long enough at 11-1/4 inches long, the Curt Drawbar # C45522. With this ball mount you will also need the Pin and Clip # C21410 and a hitch ball (which depends on the size of your trailer's coupler), either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # C40001...

I spoke with my contact at Curt and he told me the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11307 is a fit for both the 2010 Cadillac CTS-V Sedan, and the 2010 Cadillac CTS Sedan. The Curt Hitch includes a pin and clip. If you plan on doing some light duty towing you will need a ball mount like # C11307, a hitch ball like # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter).
