Yes, we do have self-retracting ratcheting tie-down straps.
The CargoBuckle G3 Retractable Ratchet Straps w/ S-Hooks # IMF18800-86 are 2" wide x 6' long and have a working load limit of 833 lbs. The weight of your motorcycle must not exceed the combined working load limit of the straps so these would work if your bike was no more than 833 lbs.
Another option is the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases # EM34416 that are 2" wide x 10' long and have a working load limit of 1,100 lbs. Both of these come in a quantity of two straps.
