Question:
I have a 2000 boat trailer that came with the boat from Tracker. Boat is a Tahoe Q3. The owners manual states Wheel bearings Rear inner L68149 Front Outer L44649. Acceptable seals NOK: AD2527E. It is a 5 lug on 4.5. Is this enough info to confidently recommend new hub assembly? The boat is two hours away at my in laws so I am currently unable to take the wheel off to verify anything.

That is enough info to pick out the correct hub for your trailer. You have a very common 3,500 lb axle so for a hub drum you'd want the part # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K or for just an idler hub # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K.
