Why does this say not for class A or C tire?

The tires on Class A and most Class C RVs are too large and heavy for the Stromberg Carlson Spare Tire Carrier # TR-1. They require something a little more serious such as a hitch mounted carrier.
We have the extremely stout Roadmaster option # RM-195225 which can tilt and we have the fixed Curt carrier # C31006. None of the other carriers are really strong enough for larger Class A/C tires.
