For your Springdale Camper, I recommend taking a look at the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13701. This particular hitch is designed specifically for use on trailers like yours and can be bolted to the frame or welded on for a no-drill application. Its frame brackets can slide along the hitch tube to fit trailer frames of 18 to 51 inches wide. It will provide you with a 2 inch receiver opening and it has a 5,000 pound towing weight capacity.

If the frame on your Springdale camper is a bit wider, you can use the Curt # 13703 instead, which will work with frames that are 22 inches to 72 inches wide. It has a towing capacity of 3,500 pounds.

I have attached a couple video demonstrations on these hitches that you can take a look at, along with their written instructions.
