The closest pre-mounted wheel and tire we have to the # AM3S451 but with a radial tire instead is the Kenda Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire with 14" Black Mod Wheel # AM32131 which has a radial tire and similar black powdercoated wheel. The wheel is a mod wheel though which means the holes in it are slightly different shaped.
