Your 1995 Jayco 3030 Designer Series landing gear was made by Atwood who is no longer in business. There is no longer a rebuild kit available for your landing gear. My recommendation is to replace both your lead and follow legs with the Lippert landing gear because Lippert bought out Atwood. It should be a simple swap using your current brackets.
I recommend the Lippert Components 32" Lead 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Drop Leg w/Snap Pin # LC179013 and follow leg # LC179014. I've attached some diagrams to assist. This will give you functional and matching landing gear for correct function and synchronized lift.
