Have a better built trailer with an axle type DEX SPG. What hub fits this axle?

To find correct replacement hubs for your Dexter trailer axle you will want to pull one of the existing ones so you can remove its inner and outer bearings. You need these bearing numbers to help you select a new hub that will fit on your axle's spindles. The new hubs must use the same set of bearings as the old ones. Please refer to the linked photo that shows how these numbers are typically stamped into the bearing housing.
Once you know your bearing numbers all you need to do is click on the linked page for hubs. Click on your two bearing part numbers and you will then see only the hubs that use those bearings. Then select your required wheel bolt pattern (you can refer to the linked article to help with that) and you will see only the hubs that meet your requirements.
The Dexter idler hub you referenced, part # 8-288-3UC1, uses inner bearing # 387A (2.250" inner diameter) and outer bearing # 25580 (1.750" inner diameter).
I also linked two helpful articles on wheel bearings that may also be of interest.

Hello My current hubs measurements from the back face of the hub to the face where the disc brake is bolted behind the wheel is 2.5 inches. I purchased a hub that I thought was the same but that measurement is 2.0 inches. The problem that causes is that the brake disc is to close the caliper mounting bracket and inner pad it does not work. Not sure how to solve this problem. The trailer is a Hostar custom hydraulic boat trailer and is used to launch boats in salt water. The part numbers on the hub are not readable.
