Will AL88295 fit a 2014 Ram 3500 4x4 SB with Factory fifth wheel kit?

Yes the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88295 are compatible with the OEM 5th wheel puck system on your 2014 Ram 3500. I confirmed this with my contact at Air Lift.

I also recommend installing a compressor kit like the Air Lift WirelessONE # AL25980 so that you don't have to go searching for an air compressor when you need to inflate the air bags. This kit is wireless so you can either be in your cab or standing outside watching the bed of your truck to ensure that it is leveld out. As a single path kit the WirelessONE will keep both air bags inflated at identical pressures.
