For a trailer hitch for your 2017 Mazda 6 the Curt Hitch # C11356 is a confirmed fit and a great choice. The only tool you'll need to provide is a 3/4 inch wrench and you'll be set. I am not sure where you are, but typically we recommend finding a local mechanic with a solid reputation for hitch installs. For a trailer hitch for your 2017 Mazda 6 the Draw Tite part # 24908 would be your best option as it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack like the Curt hitch for your vehicle does. The only tool you'll need to provide is a 3/4 inch wrench and you'll be set. I am not sure where you are, but typically we recommend finding a local mechanic with a solid reputation for hitch installs. For a bike rack I really like the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR. This is a platform bike rack that only weighs 20 lbs. The biggest drawback to platform bike racks has always been the weight of them, but with this rack you get the best of both worlds. The preferred attachment style with the lighter weight.
