The Reese 16K Fifth Head Assembly part # RP30047A is as the title states, a head unit. For the complete unit with head and base you will need the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Round Tube Slider part # RP30075. In order to install this unit on a 2014 Ford F-150 you are going to need an installation kit for which I recommend using the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit part # RP50081-58 as it is a custom fit and will not require drilling into the frame rails.
The instructions to install the installation kit on your F-150 can be located on the product page. Please keep in mind that the above setup is only for trucks with a 6-1/2' bed. If you have the 5-1/2' bed you are going to need to use a fixed 5th wheel hitch with a Sidewinder pin box in order to allow for proper turning clearance.
