Question:
I was just reading your post and I have a 2013 STX FORD I am mounting the 30035 Reese rail kit in, is this the same measurement of 50-15/16 from the back edge of the bed to the back of the from rail for my model of rail and year of truck. I do have the 61/2 ft bed as well. Thank you

If you are just using the Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035 for your 2013 Ford F-150 then you do not have all of the correct equipment. You will also need the Reese Installation Kit # RP58426.
The proper location for your base rails is to measure 29-5/16" from the rear edge of the truck bed to the rear edge of the rear base rail. You will then want to measure 22 inches from the middle of your rear base rail to the middle of your front base rail.
Installation instructions have been linked for you to review.
