Recommended MaxxAir MaxxFan Plus Vent Cover

Question:

I just installed a maxxfan standard 4500k remote controlled power vent. what maxxair vent cover will fit this model when the vent is completely open? I have a Maxxair II vent cover but seems to be to short in height when the vent is completely open. the lid will hit the top of the inside of cover. the swing arch is higher then cover. is there a model with higher inside height?

For your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K, the MaxxAir FanMate Rain Cover is your best fit for fully functionality. These come in 3 colors:

Smoke # MA00-955003
White # MA00-955001
Black # MA00-955002

This will allow your vent to fully open and not come in contact with the cover as they are designed for compatibility.
