Question:
I need to replace a Fulton 3000lb jack and thinking buying a Bull Dog 3000lb. My question is this, are the bolt paterns the same for all A-Frame?

All A-Frame mounted jacks like the Bulldog Round A-Frame Jack, part # BD1550101344, use the same 3-inch mounting hole bolt pattern. In other words, the mounting holes are a universal size and pattern so that any A-Frame jack will fit into any A-Frame jack mount. As long as your trailer has an A-Frame jack mount, this jack will fit.
You will want to make sure and replace your current A-Frame jack with a jack of similar specifications with a lift capacity the same or higher.
