Yes, since the Swagman XTC 4 bike rack, # S64665, has only a 2 inch shank you can use replacement threaded hitch pin # P5901.

What is the P5901 bolt size, thread size, and measurement to the pin hole? ? I have a Reese Outfitter four bike rack with a 2 hitch. I need a 5/8 NC 11 threaded hitch pin. Thank ,

Based on customer feedback I can actually confirm that the Swagman # P5901 will work on your Reese Outfitter Rack. Swagman built this rack initially for Reese.
