Yes, the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit for Chevy/GMC # C16411 will install in your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 utilizing the holes that are already in place on your truck's frame.
Please keep in mind this bracket kit will require base rails # C16104 (Gloss Black Finish) or # C16204 (Carbide Black Finish).
The bracket kit includes all the hardware you'll need to install them and I have also attached a link to the instructions and a video of the kit being installed on a similar year Silverado for you to check out.
