Can I install this item to my cinder block garage walls? Also how many lbs will it hold? Can I use it for a Kuat Transfer 2?

Yes, you can install the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack part # S80940 into the cinder block walls in your garage. However, I recommend heading to your local hardware store and picking up some concrete anchor bolts to secure it.

This bike mount has a 100 lb weight capacity and will be more than capable of handling the weight of the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Platform Rack part # KU74FR which is (47 lbs). You could even leave one or two bikes installed so long as they do not exceed 53 lbs.
