The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender # F008551 referenced in your question features overall dimensions of 7.35 inches wide, 21-1/2 inches long, and 6-1/2 inches tall. In order to determine if this will install on with your existing mounting brackets, you will just need to compare their measurements to what this fender will work with.
On this fender, there is a distance of right at 2-1/2 inches between the mounting slots, on center. The slots themselves measure 1/2 inch x 1/2 inch. I have attached a couple images with these and additional dimensions labeled so you can get a better idea as to how it will install. I have also attached a short video demonstration on this fender that you can check out.
