Does Kneda Wheel/Tire AM31994 Come Fully Balanced

Does this tire/wheel assembly come balanced?

The wheel/tire products we sell, such as the Kenda # AM31994, have not been given a full dynamic machine balancing but what is done is that the tire's light spot and the wheel's heavy spot are aligned by the distributor.

This is not the same as a full machine balancing that is essential for vehicle tires, but it is usually fine for trailer tires so they don't require any further balancing. Passenger vehicle tires must be dynamically balanced for proper operation.

If you know a local tire shop with the correct equipment you can have this or any other trailer wheel/tire dynamically balanced. It is not critical to do this but you certainly have the option.
