Question:
BXW4007 - I was looking at the blue ox sway pro replacement spring bars. I already have the system, but just got a new travel trailer at 593 lbs TW. I have 2 LP tanks at 20lb tanks - so 38lb each, then a battery which is 45lb. That all is 714lb. im not exactly sure how much stuff we plan to bring in the back of the truck or front of the travel trailer, but we travel fairly light. So at right around 730lb to 800lb, which spring bars should I get? Thank you.

Based on the information you sent, you are landing at the top capacity of one set of replacement spring bars, Item # BXW4006, and the lowest capacity of another set of replacement spring bars, Item # BXW4007.
With your guess of 730-lbs to 800-lbs tongue weight, I recommend the Replacement Spring Bars for Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System, Item # BXW4007, which have a tongue weight range of 750-lbs to 1,000-lbs. If you add more weight to your trailer or more cargo behind your rear axle, then you will easily move into the range of Item # BXW4007. I would hesitate to go smaller because you do not want to be at maximum capacity with no options to add other things for your travels.
I have attached a link to a video for you to check out.

Our hitch weight is 1112 lb. which bars are recommended- seems the 1000 is too light? We had a smaller camper that had 500 bars and need to go heavier for our momentum 21G.
