Question:
Hi I am interested to change my fantasticfan for the maxxair Need to know what is the the foot print on the roof since I have my Ac that is pretty close? I know the fan hole is the same 14x14 but when it’s close wath is size MaxxAir MA00-07500K.

You are correct that the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K fits a standard 14 x 14-inch RV roof opening.
The actual mounting flange measures 16-1/2 x 16-1/2. The overall dimensions for the vent are 22-1/2 long x 16-1/2 wide x 5-inches tall. You may also care to refer to the two linked videos on this item.
