Battery Box that Can Fit Trailer Frame

Can you give the measurements of the mounting bracket on this? In other words, what size frame will this battery box attach to? I would like to mount this on my trailer tongue frame but need to know if it will fit.

If you look at the brackets of the TorkLift HiddenPower Under-Vehicle Battery Mount # TLA7727 you'll see that the top hook goes much wider than the bottom one. There wouldn't be a frame dimension that this will work with since trailer frames don't have wider top portions than bottom portions. This is a specific application for vehicle frames that happen to be shaped like this.
For a frame mounted battery box we have the part # TLA7712R which has internal dimensions of 23-15/16" long x 8-1/4" wide x 12-3/4" tall.

Are there any alternative brackets available that are cheaper than Torklift? Price is way too expensive for just a bracket.
