The Curt Q25 fifth wheel trailer hitch that fits the GM factory puck system in your 207 GMC Sierra 3500 is part # C16069. It weighs about 200 pounds or so completely assembled.
You can remove the legs from the head assembly to make it easier to lift. The legs, part # C16025, weigh about 45 pounds a piece or so and the head assembly, part # C16565, is a little over 100 pounds.
