keys didn’t work, went to my local locksmith instead and they cut me a new set in less then 5 mins.
Your service was fine. But the keys I ordered that I was assured would fit my latch did not work. Not even close. I'm taking my latches to a locksmith. It was worth a shot for $xx. No harm no foul.

Still no issues with the keys or with etrailer. In fact I have made other purchases since then.
I had been searching everywhere for spare keys for our slam close doors on our 5th wheel. And Nobody but Nobody carried these keys. I found etrailer through a google search. I still wasn't sure that these keys were going to fit because the key we had had no number or ID on it but BRD. The cuttings on the key seemed similar so I took a chance and ordered them. BINGO!! After looking for over a year I finally found my KEY. Thank you all very much.
This set of keys opened the slam latch doors to my 2013 coachman apex trailer. I recently lost my keys and took a gamble ordering these keys and came out on top. If you happen to be in my same predicament, I suggest you purchase these keys rather than hiring a locksmith.
